About the course
The QA Level 3 Award in Safe Administration of Lifesaving Medication (SALM) is a nationally recognised qualification. It's designed for pre-hospital care providers who need to safely administer and monitor medication as part of their job.
The course teaches you about common types of lifesaving medication, their effects, and potential side effects. You'll also learn how to assess a patient's condition and monitor their response to the medication.
