Alliance First Aid Training Academy Ltd ("the Centre") is committed to providing high-quality training and assessment services in compliance with Qualsafe Awards requirements, the Centre Agreement, and relevant UK legislation. This policy outlines the terms of service governing our training provisions, data management, and regulatory compliance.

2. Compliance with Qualsafe Awards Terms

The Centre agrees to adhere to all Qualsafe Awards requirements, including:

  • Maintaining compliance with the Qualsafe Awards Centre Agreement.
  • Delivering training and assessments in line with Qualsafe’s Qualification Specifications.
  • Ensuring that trainers, assessors, and internal quality assurers meet the required competency standards.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to Qualsafe Awards as required.
  • Complying with all policies related to malpractice, complaints, and reasonable adjustments.

3. Centre Agreement and Responsibilities

Under the Centre Agreement with Qualsafe Awards, the Centre shall:

  • Ensure the integrity and quality of all training and assessment processes.
  • Maintain appropriate records of learner registration, assessment, and certification.
  • Implement and adhere to robust quality assurance processes.
  • Conduct internal audits and respond to any external quality assurance reviews.
  • Cooperate fully with Qualsafe Awards to facilitate regulatory oversight.

4. Data Management and Protection

The Centre is committed to complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. The following principles shall apply to all data processing activities:

  • Personal data will only be collected and processed where necessary for learner registration, certification, and training delivery.
  • Data will be collected fairly, lawfully, and transparently.
  • Learner information will only be used for the intended purpose and in compliance with Qualsafe’s data processing requirements.
